Parliament of Hungary

Located on the banks of the Danube River at 1-3 Kossuth Lajos Street, the Hungarian Parliament is one of the largest parliamentary buildings in the world and a symbol of Budapest. Its Gothic and neo-Gothic architecture is impressive and the interior is as beautiful as the exterior. Visitors can explore the ceremonial halls, meeting rooms and the holy crown hall. Access to the building is by organised tours only.

The price of a ticket for an adult starts at €15 and for students and pupils €6. Children under the age of 6 are free.

Buda Castle

Located on the western bank of the Danube River, Buda Castle is one of Budapest's most famous landmarks. It is an impressive historical complex that includes the Royal Palace, Matthias Church and the Fishermen's Bastion. From here, you can admire a magnificent view of the city. Of course, to discover these wonderful sights, we recommend you allocate at least 2-3 hours to fully enjoy them.

Basilica of Saint Stephen

Located at Szt. Istvan ter, V. District, the Basilica is one of the most beautiful neoclassical buildings and one of the most important places of worship in Budapest, housing the relics of Saint Stephen, the first king of Hungary. Its interior is decorated with impressive frescoes and stained glass windows, and visitors can climb the observation tower for a panoramic view of the city. The cathedral square is also surrounded by terraces where you can relax with a lemonade and try traditional or international dishes.

Heroes' Square

Located at the end of Andrassy Boulevard, in front of the Central Park, Heroes' Square is one of the largest and most impressive squares in Budapest. Here you will find impressive statues of Hungarian leaders and the country's most important heroes. Heroes' Square is surrounded by impressive buildings, including the Museum of Fine Arts and the Palace of Arts. Also, once in the park, you must try one of the famous langoustines you'll find at stalls all around the park.

Café New York

Located on Erzsébet krt. 9-11, it is an architectural and historical gem, combining classical elegance with a bohemian atmosphere.
