Bucharest – Mogosoaia – Buftea – Mogosoaia – Bucharest

If you want to get away from the urban chaos of the capital, this is a route that you must travel, being one of the most beautiful routes near Bucharest. The route starts from Piata Victoriei, then reaches the Bucharest noi district, and from there goes to the Mogosoaia area. Later he arrives in Buftea, at Stirbei Palace, and the journey continues on the shore of Buftea lake, a country road of several kilometers to Mogosoaia. From the Mogosoaia Palace, the road continues back to Bucharest.

Nistoresti – Lacauti Peak Vrancea

The route is unique in Iasi county due to the 6 kilometers of the route that will be traveled through the Uricani forest, which is a real labyrinth of green paths. It is a route that can be easily covered with the family, on a sunny weekend. It will take you on paved roads, forest roads and paths through the forest. Also, it is a straight route that is marked in both directions to make it easier for tourists to orient themselves. 

Oltenia region

Orsova – Eselnita – Dubova – Ponicova – Svinita – Drencova – Coronini – Danube Gorge – Natural reserve Big Cauldrons and Small Cauldrons

Tulcea – Agighiol – Sabangia – Razim Lake – Enisala Fortress – Salcioara – Argamum Fortress – Jurilovca

It is a demanding, but spectacular route. For this route you need a bike that can adapt to both asphalt and dirt surfaces. It is a relatively smooth road, which will take you through the Dobrogean and Lipovan villages, the ruins of the medieval fortification Cetatea Enisale, where you will be able to enjoy the fauna and the fairytale landscapes, and also on the way you can make a stop at the Razim lagoon complex -Sinoe, a unique place in Romania. The return to Tulcea is on the same route, with an overnight stop at Jurilovca. 

Bucovina region

Vatra Dornei – Dealul Runc – Varful Iacob – Paraul Vacaria – Paraul Ciotina Bistritei – Iacobeni – Vatra Dornei

  • Route duration: approximately 3 hours

The route has a length of approximately 34 kilometers and is located in the southeastern part of the Shuardul Bucovinean massif. Of the total kilometers, 14 are uphill and about 20 downhill, and there is a difference in level of about 1400 meters.
