In momentul de fata, capitala Italiei este una dintre cele mai accesibile destinatii din Europa, fiind potrivita atat pentru cupluri cat si pentru familii cu copii sau grupuri de prieteni.

Transport and how to get from the airport to the city

Avand in vedere ca putem zbura pe 2 aeroporturi la Roma, Ciampino si Fiumicino, exista mai multe variante de a ajunge de la acestea in centrul orasului.

De la Aeroportul Ciampino:

• exista curse din aeroportul Ciampino pana la Gara Termini cu autobuzele Terravision or Sit Bus Shuttle. Un bilet dus costa 6 euro sau 11 euro dus-intors, iar cursa dureaza in jur de 30-45 de minute.
• o cursa cu taxi-ul va va costa cel putin 30 de euro.

De la Aeroportul Fiumicino:

• exista curse din aeroportul Fiumicino pana la Gara Termini cu autobuzele Terravision. Un bilet dus costa 6 euro sau 11 euro dus-intors, iar cursa dureaza in jur de 45-60 de minute.
• o calatorie cu trenul pana la Gara Termini dureaza aroximativ 50 minute, iar biletul va costa 8 euro/sens (standard), respectiv 14 euro/sens la clasa I.
• o cursa cu taxi-ul va va costa cel putin 40 de euro.

Accommodation

Variantele de cazare sunt variate, existand numeroase cazari de tip B&B, apartamente sau hoteluri de lux.  Fata de alte capitale europene, Roma este foarte accesibila din punct de vedere al cazarii si al transportului.

Food

Cui nu-i plac pastele? Cine nu savureaza din plin o pizza buna? Te asiguram ca in Roma papilele tale gustative iti vor multumi. Pe langa aceste mancaruri clasice, iti mai recomandam lasagna, arancini, sau tiramisu. Tot aici iti garantam ca vei manca cea mai buna inghetata.

Deoarece Roma este un oras incarcat din punct de vedere istoric, vei avea o lista lunga de locuri pe care le poti vizita. Pentru a-ti usura vacanta, ne-am gandit sa ti le grupam in functie de zona in care sunt amplasate.

Day 0

• Piata Venetia
• Treptele Spaniole

Cum poti lua pulsul orasului mai bine decat fix din inima Romei? Dupa ce faci check-in-ul da o tura pana in Piata Venetia si mananca o inghetata buna. La 1km distanta vei da de Treptele Spaniole, un pe cat de cunoscut pe atat de aglomerat, dar e un loc perfect pentru a-ti umple instagram-ul de poze.

Day 1

• Colosseum-ul, The Romanian Forum si Paladin Hill
• Columna lui Traian
• Arcul lui Constantin

Not only are they very close in terms of distance, but a ticket for Colosseum it also guarantees you entry to The Romanian Forum and Paladin Hill for 24 hours. Because Rome is a favorite city for tourists at any time of the year, we recommend you to opt for purchasing tickets online, to avoid the enormous queues at the entrance. The price for adults varies from 14 to 18 euros, and for young people between the ages of 18 and 25, it starts from 4 euros.

If you did not manage to find accommodation near the center or you are simply not fond of walking, you can get here by metro (line B, "Colosseo" station)sau cu liniile de autobuz 75, 81, 673, 175 sau 204.In functie de cat de mult timp petreci in cele 3 locuri si de energia ramasa, in apropiere mai poti vizita Trajan's Column, Venice Square, Capitoline Museums or Arcul lui Constantin.

Day 2

• Vatican
• Castelul Sant’ Angelo
• Pantheon
• Navona Square

For a complete "analysis" of Vatican  you should allocate at least 3 hours to it. It would be ideal to consult an interactive map beforehand to make a visit plan, so as not to miss any of the famous attractions such as The Sistine Chapel, Art Gallery (where are his works Leonardo da Vinci or Rafael Sanzo), inner yard or St. Peter's Basilica. Do you think there are few tourist attractions for 3 hours? Just think that the basilica of San Pietro is the largest in the world, and the feeling you will have once you enter there will be overwhelming. If you still have fresh strength left for "caroling" around the Vatican, you can still visit The Egyptian Museum, The Vatican Library, St. Peter's Square or Niccolina Chapel.

We also recommend purchasing tickets online, which range from 8 euros for young people up to 24 years old, up to 17 euros for adults. This will save you from the queues at the entrance. Obviously, the price can increase if you want a guided tour.

La nici 1km de Vatican you will be greeted by another representative building of Rome namely Sant'Angelo Castle, un fost mausoleu al imparatului Hadrian, trasnformat ulterior in castel de catre papi, iar acum poate fi vizitat ca muzeu, adapostind numeroase colectii istorice precum obiecte ale armatei italiene, tablouri si sculpturi. Pretul variaza de la 8 la 20 de euro, in fuctie de varsta. De asemenea, locatia este perfecta pentru poze superbe, de exemplu pe podul peste Tibru al castelului.

Day 3

• Villa Borghese
• Centro Storicco
• Fontana Di Trevi

Villa Borghese it is the largest park in Rome including a lake, museums, temples, fountains and statues. Until you get here you can go through Piazza di Spagna or Piazza del Popolo. You can visit Villa Borghese at rush hour in the city as a shelter from congestion. Prices for young people start from 2 euros, and for adults from 13 euros.

La intoarcere, spre Fontana di Treve, unul dintre cele mai faimoase obiective turistice din Roma puteti lua la pas Historical centre full of terraces and shops. Take your comfortable shoes and explore every corner!

 Shopping

Fie ca ai un buget limitat si nu pui mare pret pe haine sau tinta ta sunt produsele designerilor internationali si de renume, Roma iti poate oferi variante pentru toate buzunarele si gusturile.

Locul unde toate magazinele de marcă, chiar și cele mai prestigioase se regasesc din belsug este strada Via del Corso. Strada începe de la Piazza del Popolo și se termina la Piazza Venezia. Celor cu budget mai generos care prefera designerii consacrati le recomandam să mearga si pe Via dei Condotti . Strada incepe din Piazza Spanga și este „casa” magazinelor de designeri precum Armani, Prada, Versaca, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana și multe altele. De asemenea, locul este plin de terase si restaurante.
